Network for Good has several databases and versions of our services that we are in the process of consolidating.  We know this can sometimes cause confusion regarding where to go for account updates, reports and managing services.  Please refer to the information below to help you get logged in to the proper place.

Basic DonateNow

If you have Basic DonateNow or received a donation check and do not pay a monthly service fee* login here using your organization's 9-digit EIN and password to view your donations.  If you forgot your password, go here to generate a new one.

To update your organization's listing that appears on the NetworkforGood.org website, please update your GuideStar Exchange Form.

For additional assistance with contact, notification and password support on the Network for Good Giving System, please contact us with your EIN and specific update requests. 

*This includes donations from Network for Good's partner sites like Causes on Facebook, Capital One and many others.

Custom DonateNow

For either version of Custom DonateNow, login here.

If you have Custom DonateNow through Network for Good, your username is your primary contact's email address and password. If you have forgotten your Network for Good password, enter the primary contact's email address here to have a temporary password sent to that address.

If you have Custom DonateNow through Groundspring, your username is a login ID and password. If you have forgotten your password for your Groundspring account, click here.

HINT - If you aren't sure which version of Custom DonateNow you have, your DonateNow page will either say Networkforgood.org or Groundspring.org in your browser window.
