EmailNow Custom-Designed Templates

Network for Good's affordable, custom-designed email templates are created just for your organization, to match your website, colors, logo and style. While most email service providers offer a selection of generic templates and charge upwards of $500 for a custom template, Network for Good's EmailNow subscribers can purchase custom templates for only $99.

What is a custom template?

Your custom-designed brand template frames your html emails, much like the outer border of your website frames the content on each page. A custom template typically looks something like this. We create your template using the materials (a logo or website masthead, for example) and instructions (give it a youthful feel, or don't use blue!) you provide using the design form below. The more you can provide us with high-quality graphics and clear, thorough instructions, the better we'll be able to create something that matches your vision.

How does the design process work?

• You send us your design materials and instructions using the design form below.
• We'll email you to let you know we received them, get approval on the cost, and provide you with a delivery date.
• When the template's ready for review, we drop it into the account and email you to let you know.
• You say, "I love it!" or help us fine-tune until you do.

What's Network for Good's policy on revisions?
We budget 1 hour of revision work for your stationery, so it's important to give us clear instructions now so that our first design is really close, and to come back to us with a clear, concise list of revisions (should there be any). Beyond an hour of revisions, work is billed at a rate of $100 per hour. Rest assured, we'll always alert you to the possibility of additional charges before that work begins, and do our best to work quickly to minimize that revision time.
   
Can I work on my email before the template's ready?

You bet. You can get the entire email ready (text, images, links, etc.) and then assign your new stationery to it when it's done.

How much does it cost?

Custom stationery is normally $199, but is now available for only $99 for a limited time. Our current turnaround time is 5-7 business days. We can do a rush order (2 business days) for an extra $100.

What about custom layouts?

EmailNow's flexible content layouts (39 and counting) make it easy to add text and images and give each email its own distinct look and feel, all without any html at all.  However, we are also happy to design additional content layouts to meet your requirements. Custom layouts are only $99. Our current turnaround time is 5-7 business days.  We can do a rush order (2 business days) for an extra $100.
